Papaw's Retreat

This beautiful house is located 6 miles from the Ivy branch trails. House has 4 bedrooms (sleeps up to 10).  The house has 2 full beds in the bedrooms downstairs and 4 twin beds in the bedrooms upstairs. There is a queen sleeper couch in the living room. This house also features a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave.  The house also has a washer/dryer. There is also a front deck where you can relax during the evening. Set your targets up in the backyard and let off some steam shooting your firearms, shoot some skeets etc... Big bottoms to park your campers, RVs, and tents. Bring all your family and friends! Ivy Branch and Little Coal are no longer associated with the Hatfield and McCoy trail systems but are still open to ride to public, no longer patrolled so you don't need a pass and can ride with no helmet and drink your beverages of your choice. Lots of other trails close to house so days of riding available!
